Macerates and homogenizes organic waste and slurry into a uniform, pumpable consistency — avoiding the clogging of pipes, fittings and pumps downstream, and letting smaller-diameter pipework carry the same flow. Four series across integrated-motor and remote-drive configurations, with same-size or reduced outlets, covering 1 to 80 m³/hr.

What it’s for
One Cutting Mechanism, Four Configurations
Every series shares the same cutting mechanism: a tri-hammer impeller works against a fixed cutter ring to macerate solids as they pass through, carried on a shaft running in a bearing behind a mechanical seal. What changes between series is how it's driven and how it connects.
PMI and PMT mount their own motor directly on top of the pump; PMI-R and PMT-R are remote-drive versions with no integrated motor, for driving from an external or belt-mounted source. Independently, PMI and PMI-R keep the same diameter at inlet and outlet; PMT and PMT-R reduce the outlet, so a smaller-bore discharge line can carry the same throughput.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between PMI and PMT?
PMI keeps the same diameter at inlet and outlet. PMT reduces the outlet, so a smaller-bore discharge line can carry the same throughput.
What's the difference between the standard and "-R" series?
The standard PMI and PMT series mount an integrated motor directly on the pump. The "-R" (remote drive) series has no integrated motor, for driving from an external or belt-mounted source.
