Horizontal Multistage — PH2 & PH4
Centrifugal Multistage Pump
Horizontal centrifugal multistage pumps for high head at low flow: stainless steel impellers stacked stage on stage build the pressure, for pressure boosting, water circulation, mini RO systems and washing. Two series — PH2 up to 2.8 m³/hr and 94 m, PH4 up to 7 m³/hr and 58 m — from 0.5 to 2.5 HP.

What it’s for
Pressure Built Stage by Stage
Some duties need little water at a lot of pressure — feeding a mini RO unit, boosting supply to upper floors, a wash-down line. A single impeller can’t give that efficiently; a multistage pump stacks several, each adding head to the last. Point’s PH pumps do it horizontally, on a foot-mounted motor, with every wetted and rotating part in stainless steel and a wide range of seals for different liquids.
Two series share the construction. The PH2 covers small flows, 0.4 to 2.8 m³/hr, with seven models from 0.5 to 2.5 HP reaching up to 94 m of head; the PH4 takes larger flows, 1 to 7 m³/hr, with five models up to 58 m. For a complete pressure-boosting set, see the Pressure Booster Systems.

How It’s Built
A foot-mounted motor driving a stack of stainless steel impellers and diffusers, sealed from the motor by a mechanical seal in its own housing.

Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
PH2 or PH4 — which do we need?
Go by flow. The PH2 is for small flows, up to about 2.8 m³/hr; the PH4 for 1 to 7 m³/hr. Within a series, choose the model that gives the head you need at your flow — the technical data lists each model’s head at the bottom and top of its flow range. Tell us both figures and we’ll confirm the model.
What can it pump?
Clean water, and very light, non-aggressive chemicals. Every wetted and rotating part is stainless steel, and a wide range of mechanical seals is available — tell us the liquid and we’ll specify the seal.
How is it installed?
Horizontally, on the motor’s mounting feet, with the suction at the end of the pump and the discharge on top — DN 25 × DN 25 on the PH2, DN 32 × DN 25 on the PH4.
